Melt 1 cube butter
Add 1/3 can evaporated milk
Add German chocolate cake mix
Mix together and set aside
In sauce pan melt 1 lb caramels with 1/3 can evaporated milk stirring continuously.
Turn on oven to 350 degrees
Grease 9 x 13 pan
Press 1/2 cake mix on bottom of pan, cook for 6-8 minutes
Cool for 1 minute.
Sprinkle with milke chocolate chips, pour caramel over chocolate chips.
Piece extra cake mix over caramel
Cook for 16-18 minutes
